We are members of the Order of Preachers, an 800-year-old religious order in the Roman Catholic Church. We preach throughout the central region of the United States, from the Dakotas to Michigan, down to Colorado and New Mexico.

    Fr. Gerard Cleator, OP

    Fr. Gerard “Jerry” Cleator, OP, 87, died on January 8, 2026. He made his first profession of vows in 1959 and was ordained to the priesthood in 1965. Fr. Cleator served as Provincial and later as pastor of St. Pius V in Chicago.
