What Does God Really Want From Us?

Remote video URL

In this Word of Hope reflection for Monday of the 16th Week in Ordinary Time, Father Jim Marchionda shares the prophet Micah's powerful question: What should we bring before Almighty God? Thousands of sacrifices? Our most precious possessions?

Think of all your prayers, devotions, fasting, and spiritual practices. Then hear what God really requires: "Only to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God." Master that last one, and you will find yourself resting in the very arms of God.
