Why does God leave the 99 sheep to find the one? Because He refuses to let us be lost. In this Word of Hope, Father Dominic Holtz connects the Gospel of the Lost Sheep to the tragic yet beautiful life of poet Francis Thompson.
About This Video:
Francis Thompson was a medical school dropout, lived on the streets of London, and suffered from opium addiction. Yet, through his suffering, he wrote "The Hound of Heaven," a poem describing God's relentless pursuit of the soul. Father Dominic explains that while being "found" isn't always comfortable, it is the only way to find true love. If you feel like you are running from God, this video is for you.
